Edwin A. Roach is an Iowa Certified General Real Property Appraiser with reciprocity in surrounding states. He has 34 years of appraisal experience and has appraised properties as diverse as single family dwellings and farms to grain elevators and hog confinement to specialized properties for wildlife and even a monastery and churches.

Kirk Knudsen is an Iowa Certified Residential Appraiser with five years of experience. He appraises residential properties in Northeast Iowa.

Mark D. Lenius is an Iowa Associate General Real Property Appraiser Trainee. Mark has been with Roach Farms since graduation from Wartburg and has completed most of the coursework to become certified. He is working under the supervision of Edwin A. Roach.
