Our services may include leasing your land, purchasing crop inputs, marketing commodities, conducting Farm Service Agency (FSA) business, payment of real estate taxes, comparisons of farming practices, insuring your crops and/or farms and any liability coverages you may need. All services are tailored to you so the above list may be expanded to meet your needs.

Our newsletters keep you informed about crop conditions, weather trends, marketing strategies, cash flow projections and photographs of your property during the growing season. In addition we correspond with you any time a need arises or you have questions or concerns.

Our staff includes a Farm Manager who works with your custom farmer or tenant in planning for the growing season, purchasing crop inputs, monitoring crop conditions for damage from weather, insects, broken tile lines, etc. We also have on staff appraisers, real estate brokers and salespersons and insurance agents. All of them have a rural background and can provide expertise on land values, rents and insurance from that vantage point.
